We hope that you are happy with your purchase. Once your order is placed you approve a proof prior to our printing your mugs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure your proof is as you want your product. Please note that 1/16th of an inch is considered industry standard.
1. Please note: we recommend waiting 3-4 days to allow the ink to fully set before hand washing-as noted in our recommended care and use section.
We print within industry standards. The mugs have turn on rollers. It’s impossible to have them perfectly straight. There has to be room for the mug to turn, if it’s too tight the mug will pinch and not move. 1/16th of an inch is considered industry standard. This tolerance is industry standard and must be considered acceptable.
However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Campfire Premiums will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavour to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of Campfire Premiums.
